The Greg Bennett D-2CE Electro Acoustic Guitar features a dreadnought cutaway body shape constructed from a Mahogany body with Spruce top and set-in Mahogany neck. Also incorporating a 20 fret Rosewood fingerboard, Rosewood bridge, diecast tuners, natural lacquer finish and single ply rosette and body binding the Greg Bennett D-2CE is perfect for practise and performance.
Mahogany Body & Spruce Top
Constructed from a Mahogany body and neck the Greg Bennett D-2CE offers an extremely resonant sound with plenty of body and depth. Producing a quick response Mahogany is a fairly dense wood which delivers warm and deep low response whilst retaining clarity in the mid-range and rounded highs. Paired with a stylish solid Spruce top to enhance the articulation in the high response and provide a bright and quick attack the D-2CE delivers a unique and versatile tone ideal for a range of genres.
Rosewood Fretboard
With a 20 fret Rosewood fingerboard optimized for a smooth and quick playability the Greg Bennett D-2CE Acoustic also employs a 12 inch fretboard radius which provides easy access and fluid playability whether playing chords or tricky scaled patterns.
Clearwave 10 Electronics
Incorporating a Clearwave 10 preamp system the D-2CE can be connected to amplifiers and PA systems to produce a rich, powerful and dynamic tone. Also featuring an on board tuner with LED indicators and tone controls the Clearwave 10 is the perfect way to stay in tune and connect to amplifiers for live performances.
